Financing
Step #1 to purchasing a home is choosing your lender and knowing your buying power! There are several different types of loans and programs that you may qualify for:
- Conventional – 5-10% down payment; 640 Credit Score needed
- FHA – 3.5% down payment; 620 Credit Score needed
- USDA - 100% Financing – This loan is income/dependent based and is for our rural properties.
- VA – 100% Financing for our veterans – thank you for your service!
